| K'trelan was born in the year 2356 to K'leesa and Klang of the house of Gowron. His older brother, K'ratak the first born, was, as was the case with most of the eldest sons, Klang's favorite. Klang was a worrier through and through, and raised his sons to be the same until his Premature death. Klang went to seek revenge against the Romulans for capturing his father and making him farm their gardens. Klang's father lived out the rest of his life as a slave and died with no honor. Klang, himself died a Premature death when K'trelan was very young, restoring his father's honor in the process. K'trelan's training was carried on by his mother on the ship she commanded while K'ratak went to Qo'nos for his Rite of Ascension. At his own Rite, K'trelan left his mother's vessel and continued training in more areas then just that of war on Qo'Nos. While he and his brother learned the same things on Quo’nos, K'ratak's interests leaned more toward politics. Because of his growing involvement in the political realm and honor at home for his reputation in many battles, K'ratak was able to get his brother placed on one of the top three most prestigious battle cruisers in the empire. K'trelan was twenty-three when he began his career on the Tur'block. A few months after his twenty-fifth birthday, his mother died. Killed in the line of duty with honor, K'leesa died defending the empire from a Borg attack. By his twenty-sixth birthday his ideals had shifted and he could honestly say that he felt as though something was missing in his life. Honor and glory. Instead of remaining in the Klingon Empire K'trelan joined Starfleet, making it so he could serve on Federation starships. His papers were pushed through quickly, and within a few months he was accepted. |

| 2379-2381: Placed on the IKV Tur'block in the Ne' rank as a engineering officer. 2381-2383: Promoted to the rank of lagh and switched from engineering officer to the second in charge of the engineering department. 2383-2384: K'trelan enlisted in Starfleet and was placed aboard Xavier Fleet Yard as Chief of Engineering & Starship Development. 2384-Present: K'trelan was promoted and was given command of the Fearless. |
